Dear friends and clients,
Some of you have reached out as, already!, it is April, the time I thought I would be back from parental leave. As all my parent friends warned me, nothing about parenthood is expected, including my schedule. We have had a whirlwind of postpartum time. My little one is alert, warm, funny, and truly unique, and along with her uniqueness has faced some challenges with feeding. We are working with an amazing team of practitioners, and through this experience I feel like I have learned a great deal about tethered oral tissue, tone, and other common challenges faced by babies and adults. However, her unique challenges have also pushed my return back a bit. I am not entirely sure when I will return. My hope is mid-May or June at the latest. In the meantime, I continue to encourage you all to take a look at my Resources and Referrals page, and especially to check out the brand new location of Red Moon Wellness, where I was lucky enough to receive a massage from Kari last week that was divine!
I am missing you all and looking forward to returning. I have a lot to share, and even more to learn. Special shout outs to all my clients who are parents, trying to conceive, who have experienced loss or other transitions. My heart is with you, and my hands will be soon as well. Happy Spring and here’s to expansion.
